Terrance,

OF COURSE you were flirting with my mom! All black dudes love my mom and they all play the bass, too! Right T?

Very Happy

It's totally awesome to hear from you! We've all missed you.

Love,
Sarah

I've known James for about 10 or 11 years I think. We met at Cafe Pergolesi in Santa Cruz when I started hanging out with the Vampires. I used to tag along on a lot of rides with everyone- James, Terrence, CJ, Jason Williams, before I got my own bike. We used to have crazy parties at the old "frat house". Seems like a very long time ago, this was before my son was born and he's 9 now.
James is one of the only people who knew I knew the Vampires before my brothers Jonah and Max joined. In fact he made a point of making me an honorary member 2 years ago when I was moving to New York. Just out of the blue calls me up one day and says he brought it up and had a vote and I'm now an honorary Vampire. I was pissed! I'd spent 10 years avoiding joining and he ropes me in cause I'm moving across the country. :P
James has been in my thoughts every day since the accident and I know from the progress he's shown already that he is going to continue to heal. It's a miracle that he survived that crash and I have faith in his continued recovery.

I met James through CJ et al back in the early days... and spent a few trips with Terrence on some of those early stackholio rides, too.

Met Scotty when he was down one time and we did the blood ride with the HA.

Anyway, I'm married now (to Cathi) and we have two daughters -- Vanessa (2.5 years old) and Lyra (only 3 weeks old!). We're trying to figure out how to get up to SF with the new baby to see James.

James has definitely touched many many lives and I'm glad mine was one of them. I'm looking forward to seeing him again SOON.

Pictures? We were planning on just bringing the baby.

But yeah, we'll bring some for him to mess with once we're gone. As you can imagine, the little one makes a two-hour drive a bit more challenging.

I dated James back in the early 90's. He and Jason had an apartment in SC and he rode a Triumph. I got him a license plate that said "Maims", which the DMV didn't really want to issue, but after the cartoon explanation let me have it. He's one of those memorable people, who even after you haven't seen them for years and years, occasionally floats through your head.
I was stunned this morning, when after thinking about him for a few days, I looked for him on myspace and found the jamescornellfund page. Needless to say, I read every post. What a wonderful group of friends he has. No shock as he is such a gregarious person.
I remember his favorite band was The Damned, and he wanted to join the French Foriegn Legion. Wow, I so hope he keeps on improving.
James, you are a constant in my thoughts.

Thank F&*k he didnt join them guys.

Could you just imagine it. Being attacked by thousands of stupid grins.

The whole world is a safer place. Then againg he could have gotten the opposition drunk on jagermeister and it would have been a much more friendlier war.

LOL Tim
